Ewungelama! (Zambian, 20 mins, age 4+)
There is a famine in the land of Zambia and all the animals who live there are starving. They huddle together beneath the shade of an enormous tree that grows from the middle of the savannah. The animals know this particular tree has magic powers. If they call it by its proper name, it will grow enough fruit to feed them all. But none of them can remember what the tree is called! One by one, the animals set off to the mountains, to ask the mountain spirit who lives there if he knows the name… but will they be able to remember it on the way back?
